My new fav low cal fat free snack: 1/2 c quick oats, 1/2 small pkg fat free/ sugar free choc instant pudding, 1T honey, 3T fat free Greek yogurt...in jar, fill to top with cold skim milk and shake.  Good with bananas, too!
