Only available as an ebook at the moment. I downloaded and devoured it in two sittings (had to go to poxy work in between...tut) Loved it. Beautifully written and the amount of work and research that has clearly gone into this blows my mind. This is the first in a series. Can't wait for the next. YIPPPEEEE Some decent summer reading!
