Well we don't really do valentine day (would rather buy each other something as a surprise - which we do) but Katie made us some fantastic Meringue's completely made from scatch and the filling in the middle is Eton Mess...... Hmmm !!!!!

Katie has been baking again, this time I think she said it was Chocolate Brownie Cake (I will check that) but I know it tastes lovely..... really lovely... its was warm when I had some but it has white chocolate and raspberries in and is absolutely delicious.
