Designed by precise hand and machine production, the ‘What Lies Beneath’ collection displays a combination of simple finger joints alongside mortise and tenon joints to showcase the end grain of the timber and to form the overall architecture. The collection’s palette comes from the combination of softwoods, these aged timbers requiring great attention to maintain the valuable surface patina whilst designing fresh and finely crafted furniture.
