Moving a basin isn't as straightforward as moving a sofa so early planning is key. And, always try to tuck the loo out of sight, nicer to have the basin as a focal point rather than... 🫣 2. Bath vs Shower (or both, lucky you) – if you love a bath, go for it. But if space is tight and you prefer showers, don’t compromise just for ...

This lofty little study in Redland is part of a full house renovation and extension we completed in collaboration with @dhvarchitects and @spacedesignandbuild. What was once an underused attic now holds two new bedrooms and a cloakroom, including this dreamy work-from-home spot, complete with Juliet balcony and uninterrupted views across Redland Green. 📐 Project breakdown coming soon - this one’s worth the deep dive, have we mentioned teal kitchen and terrazzo splashback yet ?! 👀 #IvywellI...
This week's design dilemma | we've been deep in design mode working on this lovely living room - part of a full house reno and extension in Bishopston. The big question on our studio table: Do we go full-on moody and cocooning ? Or keep it half and half? We're leaning towards colour drenching (💃🏻 hello drama) but the lighter version has its own charm. If it was your living room - what would you go for? We'd love to know! #designinprogress #livingroomdesignideas #moodyinteriors #BristolRen...

Chandelier decisions by torchlight 💡Swipe to see the progress and concept Before this (almost finished) dining room looked like this, there was a bit of behind-the-scenes magic involved. At our Redland project, we had Kirsty and Emelia on-site, balancing two bamboo sticks (our highly technical measuring tools 🙃) with Megs shouting 'higher / lower' over the noise of build. No natural light - just a couple of borrowed site lamps and a lot of vision. In all seriousness, we had all the measurem...
