The coastal waters surrounding the Outer Hebrides have been recognised by The Scottish Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) as being among the most pristine in the world. ishga uses Hebridean seawater in all products and it's collected from the surf as the waves break on many of the beautiful island beaches.

In a recent survey carried out by the Mental Health Foundation around stress, anxiety and hopelessness over personal finances, a quarter of adults said they felt so anxious that it stopped them from doing the things they want to do some or all of the time. Six in ten adults feel this way, at least some of the time. If you are feeling this way, you’re not alone. On a positive note, anxiety can be made easier to manage by following some coping tips such as breathing techniques, mindfulness strategies and basic lifestyle changes.
