YouTube has new requirements for it's users who are monetizing videos. They are now required to have a minimum of 1,000 subscribers, as well as 4,000 hours of viewtime from their visitors each year. This means you, as a video producer, need to hit that subscriber number quickly to continue earning from your channel.
