⭐️STRADDLE
The ultimate toe-touch stretch! This mimics the leg position in a toe touch.

⬆️OVERSTRADDLE/ELEVATED STRADDLE
A more intense version of a regular straddle. Elevating your feet, even by just a few inches, will allow you to further stretch your hamstrings and adductors. Progress to this stretch once your chest is all the way down or almost down in a regular straddle.

🐸FROG STRETCH
An easier version of middle splits; basically middle splits on your knees. This helps stretch your adductors so you can widen your legs in the toe touch.

✨MIDDLE SPLITS
