In the near northwest neighborhood of South Bend, twin tiny homes are standing out. “Well, we are in one of the often overlooked neighborhoods,” says Mike Keen. Keen is the manager of Hometown Development, LLC. His group is working to revitalize the neighborhood. “We went from building one house to owning three renovated structures, 20 lots and the big thing we are doing is renovating the bakery building across the street,” says Keen.
