Tip: cook your rice in a rice cooker. Way better results imo. 

Ingredients:
•1.5 cup uncooked calrose rice (made in rice cooker or cooked to package instructions).
•2 tbsp rice vinegar + 2 tsp.
•1 tbsp sugar.
•3 tbsp black and toasted sesame seeds.
•pinch of salt.
•2 cups crab meat (I used real but you can use imitation).

	•	Surimi (imitation crab)
	•	Sour cream (instead of Greek yogurt)
	•	Sriracha or ground chipotle 🌶️
	•	Salt and pepper 🧂
	•	Garlic powder
	•	Low-sodium soy sauce
	•	Lemon juice 🍋
	•	Avocado 🥑

💚 Instructions:

	1.	Slice cucumbers thinly to form the base for the roll.
	2.	Mix the surimi with sour cream, sriracha, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
	3.	Layer the mixture on top of the cucumber slices.
