I was Lead Environment artist on Jivana, I was in charge of a good part of the level art, of the creation of all the vegetation, the rocks. I also did a lot of the lighting and moods for the scenes. Hello artstation! First off i'd like to say that i love this community, Love watching all the inspiring art that you all create. This is my first contribution. 😊 With this scene i wanted to create something of a fairytale forest with cute colors and a happy mood but i also wanted the feelings of sincerity and adventure to be present. Created this stylized meadow ruins and forest environment to test out some terrain and shader techniques in UE4. I focused on building simple geometry for the plants and structures and applied minimalistic painterly diffused textures.
