Tuna Tataki - Sashimi Grade Ahi Tuna, Ponzu Sauce, Thinly Sliced Scallions, Roasted Sesame Seeds, Sriracha Garnish. Slice tuna thinly across the grain. Place on deep plate or platter. Submerge about 3/4 of the wsy with ponzu. Cover with scallions and refridgerate for 1 hour. Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!!!
