𝕋𝒂𝙧𝒂 𝕋𝒘ꪱ𝐧ӄ𝗅 on Instagram: "• RICE KHEER • Step-by-step recipe: 🍚. Wash and soak 1/4 cup Gobindobhog rice for 30 minutes. 🍚 Take 1 litre full fat milk in a heavy bottom pot. Let it boil. 🍚 Take 1/2 cup milk in a bowl. Add few saffron strands to the milk. Keep aside. 🍚 Add soaked rice. Cook until rice is soft and mushy. Keep stirring in between. 🍚 Add the prepared saffron milk and 5-6 tosp sugar. Mix well. 🍚 Cook until the Kheer thickens. Keep stirring in between. 🍚 Add 1 tsp cardamom powder. 🍚 Add chopped dry fruits and nuts. Mix well. 🍚 Serve warm or chilled.
