When I moved to Pre-K, I completely changed how I ran my classroom. I went to a more center based, student led system, as opposed to a teacher led classroom. The biggest thing I had to adjust to, was I let the STUDENTS CHOOSE what center they go to, I let STUDENTS CHOOSE when they change centers. And do you know what? It was NOT mad chaos like I expected! Haley Gayoski. Due Date: November 4, 2018. I like the idea of organizing supplies by group table numbers. By color coding the bin, students will be able to quickly grab their bin for their table. This will hold students responsible for the items in their bins such as scissors, pencils, glue sticks, etc. By having supplies readily available in the bins, students will not have to walk throughout the classroom, which might create disruptions/distractions.

Water Bottle Classroom Storage: I hang an over-the-door organizer to hold my first graders water bottles. I call it the Hydration Station. It keeps the water bottles accessible for students, but keeps them off their desks — where they are prone to spilling or sweating and creating wet spots.
