This gemstone could easily be mistaken for a blue sapphire but in fact it is one of the most intensely coloured blue diamonds ever found.  Small in stature at .51cts but big on colour it was originally featured in Harvey Harris' Fancy Color Diamonds (released in 1994) photography by Tino Hammid.
