Ceropegia woodii 'Variegata’, the String of Hearts plant, is aptly named for its sweet little heart-shaped leaves, strung together on delicate vines. Shades of mauve, dusty pink, silver, and butter yellow are scattered across the variegated foliage with a soft patina.
