I think this overall is a clever idea for an ad. The big picture of the teeth as dice really caught my attention. It has a serious tone with the choice of color and reflect the seriousness of the situation that its trying to convey. The crest tube and box outline and lead you eye to the smaller text. The hierarchy of text works well too, having the slogan first intrigues the reader to keep reading. I think it's pretty hard to take something with so many preservatives and additives as ketchup and make it seem even remotely "fresh", but the people at Heinz seemed to have done a pretty decent job.
