Good morning everyone! Today I have a fun technique for you. I watched a YouTube video by Natasha Foote showing this floating shape technique. The first thing I did was to die cut the flowers and leaves from white cardstock and inked them with Distress Oxide Ink. Once they were colored, I placed them face down onto a sheet of Gina K Masking Magic Paper. I tried to place them as close together as possible. I love the elgance of these cards so much I made four of them! This is for my daughter-in-law's birthday. The technique is the same for all, see this post. The matching glitter tape is applied to card stock before die cutting. I had to cut the "Wishing" die so that it read "Wish". And Lawn Fawn Milo's alphabet is perfect for creating your own sentiment (stamped in black and embossed with clear embossing powder). 2024 January Memory Box Anemone Collection

Here are a couple of cards I made with the Memory Box PIESTRA die. It is currently out of stock at Simon Says Stamp but I know you can get it elsewhere, I did. It makes a great accent on a card.
