Ingredients:- - 1 cup Jowar Atta (Sorghum flour) - 1/2 cup wheat flour  - 1/4 cup fresh palak (spinach) leaves, finely chopped - 1/4 cup chopped beans - 1/4 cup chopped capsicum - 1/4 teaspoon hing (asafoetida) - 1/4 teaspoon jeera powder  - Salt to taste - Ghee - 1 cup Water for kneading Mix all the ingredients well. Healthy and packed with vegetables! 🌿🥕 Perfect for a nutritious meal.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups jowar flour
• 1 cup grated bottle gourd
• 1/2 cup grated carrot
• 1-inch ginger, finely chopped
• 3-4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 2 green chillies, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp carom seeds paste
• 1/4 cup chopped methi leaves
• 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
• 2 tbsp sesame seeds
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• Water, as needed

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients into a dough.
2. Cover with a wet cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
3. Take small portions of the dough, place on a wet cotton cloth, and press to flatten into thin thalipeeth.
