Bringing the farm to the party with this adorable cake! Every detail is just perfect, from the fondant duck, cow, and hen sitting atop the buttercream 'grass' to the cute fondant tractor wrapped around the circumference of the cake. Four layered, farm themed, ombré vanilla buttercream 1st birthday cake. Notes; equal parts unsalted butter (not spreadable or margerine), SF flour, caster sugar - 340g each. Mix in kitched aid with 6 eggs, 3 tsps baking powder and pinch of salt. Split into four equal parts and colour to style. Oven at 160 for 20 mins Butter cream- 1 part unsalted butter to 2 parts icing sugar. Mix on high for a few minutes to make it super airy then add splash of milk and vanilla extract to taste.
