Click through to see full Step by Step! Summary: Make a stencil out of freezer paper. Iron stencil onto shirt. Combine 50/50 water-bleach into spray bottle. Place a piece of wood/cardboard inside the shirt under the design. Put on gloves to protect hands. Go outside and spray lightly in the pattern you want. Do not soak the freezer paper or it will bleed through. Leave in sun for a few minutes until desired color. Remove stencil. Dip in water to stop bleach. Wash by itself and dry.
