I bagged and froze my first bags of breast milk last night! Approximately 30 oz went into the freezer. I spend about 3 hours a day pumping which seems like a lot but it really isn’t I use the @momcozy m5 portable pumps to make my life easier since I can move around and still do things during my pump sessions. What do you do with breastmilk you’ve expressed and not used?? Well, first things first - DO NOT THROW IT AWAY! Just because your baby cannot drink it doesn’t mean its good properties can’t be used in other ways! Breastmilk is great for treating irritation and rashes in mums and babies (and anyone else in the fam!) so look at storing it for topical treatment or use to make a breastmilk lotion! How did you use yours??
