🇵🇭 Diaries - Stop 1: Borocay Island Was unsure what to think of Borocay based on opinions of others online about it being too busy, and yes it was busy and quite touristy. BORACAY has re-opened to the public after it was forced to close due to the high levels of sewage and damage that was ruining it. The six-month clean-up has led to a number of new rules for tourists to follow.
