A number of years ago, I was visiting with friends in Ocean City, NJ. It was one of those wonderful Indian Summer days, high temperature up in the high 80s, and everyone was at the beach and on the boardwalk. Such fun! And then, we had a foot of snow two weeks later, LOL! . I used Commotion in the Ocean, a new kit from Moore Blessings Digital Design and a template from the new Sunny Summer template pack by The Cherry On Top to create this fun layout.

Great Summer layout

For me the beach is more than a vacation destination, it is where I feel more like me than anyplace on earth! I love the feel of the warm sand between my toes as I watch the ocean waves break against the shore. Laughter, music, and ocean sounds fill my ears and my heart with contentment. The smell of the ocean breeze clears my mind and I feel peaceful, hopeful, happy.
