This tutorial will help you practice some simple hand sewing techniques.

Place your card on thick cardboard. Use a pencil to punch holes where the dots are marked.

You will need
Some card, wool, scissors and a pencil.

Step 1.
Draw an outline of a fish on your card. Mark dots about 1 cm apart where you will be sewing.

Step 3.
Start your sewing from the back of the card. Knot your thread to the needle the end to secure it.

Use running stitch for the fins and tail and cross stitch for the eyes. Slide right for instruction on how to do a running stitch.
