Step into Chinese New Year by making a dragon and then make it breathe fire.
Ruler, Sticky tape, Glue, Pencil, Black pen, Scissors, Coloured card, Tissue paper - Red, orange, yellow, black and white Gold, Metallic paper and White paper
You will need:
• Ruler • Sticky tape • Glue • Pencil • Black pen • Scissors • Coloured card (18cm x 10cm) or cereal box card or half a kitchen roll middle • Tissue paper - Red, orange, yellow, black and white Gold • Metallic paper or tin foil • White paper

Step 1.
To make the body, roll and tape your card (18cm x 10cm) into a tube.

Step 2.
To make the eyes, scrunch up your white tissue paper into balls and add black pupils either with tissue paper or a black pen. For the nostrils, do the same and scrunch up slightly smaller balls.

Step 4.
For the teeth, draw two sets of teeth and cut out.

Step 5.
Stick them on the sides below the nostrils.

Step 6.
For the fire, draw fiery shapes onto the tissue paper and cut out. You can cut a few layers of tissue at a time between 15-25cm long.

Step 7.
Start sticking the tissue paper flames inside the nostril end.

Step 8.
To make the scales, draw shapes onto your metallic paper or foil and add them under the eyes.

Step 9.
Now you are ready to make your dragon breath fire. Blow down the tube at the eye end to make the flames move.
