Our cookies & cream cake features two layers of Belgian chocolate sponge covered with luscious vanilla cream and crunchy cookie pieces. The entire cake is coated in smooth milk chocolate ganache and decorated with Oreo cookies, a delicate white chocolate drizzle, and white and milk chocolate covered wafer balls.

Our pistachio and rose cake is our best seller. It features three layers of light vanilla sponge sandwiched with sweet, nutty pistachio and rose cream. It’s finished with a fresh vanilla cream, then delicately decorated with crumbled pistachio pieces and hand-dried, edible rose petals.

We’ve given traditional Victoria sponge a very Heriots’ twist. Light vanilla sponge is layered with vanilla cream and strawberry filling, which is homemade from fresh strawberries.
