Pan Fried Cinnamon Bananas | 2 bananas 2 tbs sugar 1 tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp nutmeg Olive oil spray Slice bananas approximately ⅓" thick, combine sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg. Spray skillet w/olive oil on medium heat. Add banana rounds heat 3 minutes. During last minute, sprinkle ½ the cinnamon mix over the bananas. Flip, sprinkle with cinnamon mix and cook until soft and warm.
