Katie | Home & lifestyle creator on Instagram: "Alcove cabinet Q&A 🌿 Today I’m answering one of my most commonly asked questions - how did you make your alcove cabinets? This is by far my favourite part of the living room and has really helped us to create a modern country space. Our fab joiner made and fitted these for us and they’re made entirely from MDF. Here’s how it was done; The cabinet carcasses were assembled elsewhere and then fitted. We added pine moulding from @bandq_uk to the doors and some simple black handles from @amazonuk. To keep costs down but retain a premium look, the cabinet tops and shelves were made from two 18mm sheets of MDF joined together.
