Avacado Fries! Simple, delicious and healthy. When I made my avocado fries I did so without a recipe and after the fact had to find one to pin. My Recipe: - Peel avocado, slice thinly - Coat in 1 whisked egg - Roll in bread crumbs (I used an Italian Herb blend and added; Garlic powder, salt, pepper, chilli powder and basil) - Place on baking sheet (I love my stone-ware baking sheet) - Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes Eat and Enjoy! (p.s. I also rolled Swai fish in crumbs and baked in oven)
