Pertex was a UK company which was bought by Japan and specialised in running, climbing and performance fabrics. Our classic Sleeping Bag Coat has be developed for this season to be ultra-lightweight and packable. We have used a gold Pertex® Quantum fabric to achieve this. Its tightly woven structure provides softness and a lightness that allows down to fully loft.

This collection includes the Majocchi British Military Camoflage. This same fabric was used in the exhibition suit which we designed for Nims’ “14 PEAKS: NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE” expedition where he broke the world record for climbing 14 peaks in 6 months. The Majocchi fabric and Pertex® Quantum were vital in creating an insulating, lightweight and protective suit. This specific Majocchi camouflage is military grade and worn by Gurkhas, one of the toughest military units in the world.

Griffin Autumn Winter 2022. For this Blade-cut we have used the Finnish Camoflage Military Grade Technical fabric made in Belgium at UTEXBEL. Griffin originally developed the bladecut technique in1996 with a Naval Manufacturer based in Brideport , England . The blade cut construction had never been used or seen in a garment form before,this was a first in fashion and pushed the boundaries of streetwear. #griffin #griffinstudio #sleepingbagcoat #bladecut #fashion #clothing
