Pleyel initials and "Paris" cast into frame of 1895 Pleyel grand piano. It was very difficult to achieve casting of this precision at the end of the nineteenth century, but Pleyel had some of Europe's best artisans working for or advising it.

This beautiful 1903 Steinway Model O has been fully rebuilt. The cabinet is finished in a high gloss macassar ebony veneer. The tone is typical of early twentieth century Steinways - warm and lyrical with an excellent bass.
