INGREDIENTS: 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup or honey 1/4 cup peanut butter 3/4 cup chopped banana 2 tbsp chopped nuts (cashews or peanuts) 2-3 cups semi sweet or dark chocolate chips 2 tsp coconut oil INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Mix together plain greek yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup until combined. 2. Stir in chopped banana and nuts and then portion out onto a parchment lined sheetpan (should be 8-12 depending on the size of your portions). Freeze for an hour. 3. Melt chocolate with coconut. Then remove from the freezer and dip each cluster into chocolate. Place back into the freezer until set, about another hour. 4. Sprinkle clusters with sea salt if desired and enjoy!
