Chigu, The Chigu goat breed is found spreading all around Himachal Pradesh. There are also thousands of them found in Sikkim. They are known as providers for high quality meat or what is called as chevon. Its coat is turned into high class pashmina. It is usually seen in white with some mix of grey and red colors. They are medium in size with tiny ears and bent horns directed upwards.
