Slings

Aerial Slings are exactly that – large slings of silk hanging from the ceiling that allow you to move into a diverse range of figures and shapes. What we love in particular about the Aerial Slings is its ability to enhance fluid and dance-like movements as you execute your moves in a sequence - something which sets it apart from the similar Aerial Silks apparatus.

Aerial Yoga
The benefits of Aerial Yoga are certainly something that has to be tried to fully understand its potency. Increased muscular flexibility, joint mobility, low impact cardiovascular conditioning and realignment of the spine are approached in a way that is unique to the other disciplines on offer. However, as with all other disciplines, the core is still an actively targeted muscle group during the class.
