TRY THIS OVERNIGHT FRENCH TOAST RECIPE FOR A HEALTHY BRUNCH
5min · 1 serving You've heard about overnight oats, but what about overnight French toast? 😍You’ll love this protein-packed meal! Full recipe: • ½ cup nonfat milk • 2 scoops Herbalife Nutrition Protein Drink Mix Vanilla • 1 tbsp raisins • 1 egg • Cinnamon • Fresh fruit • 1 slice whole-grain bread Method: • Cut bread into 1/2” cubes, serve along with raisins in a small microwave-safe bowl. Blend the milk, Protein Drink Mix and the egg for 10-15 seconds. Pour the mix into the bowl. • Cover with plastic wrap and put in fridge overnight. • Microwave for 2 1/2-3 mins until puffed and cooked through and then sprinkle cinnamon and a little fruit on top (raspberries and/or blueberries work really well) Enjoy! kcal 340 protein 29g
