One of 2018 Christmas Cakes. A selection of boozy fruit cakes, royal iced and decorated with hand made flowers made with home made cold porcelain. One of many sets of poinsettias, berries and ivy made in stages over several months. This cake was a raffle prize at the local Harvest Supper festival.

A bit of chocolate heaven for my granddaughter who does not like fruit cake. Chocolate Fudge cake covered and filled with cream ganache and topped with Maltesers and hand made chocolate truffles. Leaves and berries are made with tempered chocolate and coloured with edible powders mixed with cocoa butter.
