I Have Arrived On-Site - What's Next: Beach Bride Edition!
First ~ take a breath! We actually make this part pretty easy. Have someone who came along with you exit the car and scope things out. They will want to make contact with the Gulf Beach Weddings Day-Of Coordinator (in Uniform) to see where we are in the ceremony timeline, which vendors have arrived, and whether or not the groom is out of sight or facing the ocean. If we are good to go, please feel free to exit the vehicle when you are ready to be greeted by our Coordinator and sometimes Photographer & Officiant who may have a few words with you prior to the ceremony. Your Day-of Coordinator will introduce themselves and let you know if the ceremony is ready to start! If so, they will gather up the bridal party to get lined up to walk down the aisle way. We will ask if you have a preference

What is the Best Time to Start a Beach Ceremony?
We primarily perform sunset ceremonies & for good reasons. It is the most beneficial time to have your wedding. Fewer people are out on the beach, the temperatures are cooler & those sunset pictures!! For the Tampa Bay weddings, we recommend an hour before dusk, when the sun hits the horizon, that may be by the time the coordinating, ceremony, and family/group shots are done. You’ll have 30-40 minutes left to do the more intimate shots down by the shoreline with your groom and bridal party. For the Destin Emerald Coast weddings, we recommend an hour and half prior due to the incredibly common traffic issues. This area only has one main roadway with few side streets making heavy traffic a common occurrence. The extra 15-30min allows for cushioning in case guests or someone importa
