My Favourite Yorkshire Pud Recipe ~ Ingredients at room temperature: 2 cups, flour 2 cups, milk 6 eggs, 1 tsp salt; mix with whisk [It's ok to leave a few lumps] If not used right away, keep at room temperature. Results better if batter sits for awhile. Put about 1/2 tsp oil in muffin cups (bacon fat is best); heat pans in very hot oven [220C] til sizzling; fill muffin cups halfway w/batter; bake approx 30 mins - never fails.
