Very delicious, easy, quick middle eastern lentil soup. I added butternut squash to it, but could be good with carrots, sweet potatoes, peas, etc. I also added lemon and a bunch of fresh parsley, I added 7spice, paprika, ground cardamom, caraway and butternut squash. Also extra on all the other spices.
