I've seen this man posted as having lived 256 years. I was always doubtful but could find no research on the subject--until now. I don't know if I believe the whole thing but there do seem to be some elements that suggest he did live a very long life.Did This Ancient Chinese MASTER HERBALIST Really Live To Be 256 Years Old? Which herbs did he use?
Jade Oolong -A soothing tea with greener and lighter oolong; promotes healthy teeth and skin. It is a Taiwanese highly prized oolong tea, similar to Tung Ting, hand-rolled. Wonderful for after a meal or in the evening, although this tea does contain some caffeine. Oolong tea is also known as Wu-long tea.
Ten Ren is a Taiwanese tea company that I like very much; they have some tea bags of unparalled quality for their price range, but I prefer their loose-leaf teas. I avoid their boxed loose-leaf teas, instead preferring to buy loose teas in their stores in Chicago or New York, where they are high-quality and very reasonably priced.
