For a 2009 guided tour of Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, the Queen rocked an appropriately tropical look. We commend her for walking around in the extreme Trinidadian heat (trust us– it’s hot down there!) in a jacket and hat, but we are mostly loving the red hibiscus blooms flourishing her chapeau.
