Tiramisini: For someone who started off as a tiramisu-scorner, I have turned out to be its most slavish proponent, finding any excuse to whip up a new one. From Anna Del Conte's all-white meringue version, and something more trad (and I say this being well aware that tiramisu as such came into being only in the latter half of the 20th century), to one made with Frangelico and another with Baileys.
Columbo. The first two and maybe three seasons were absolute TV classics. The later ones were a little bit tame and the character of Columbo seemed to lose some of his more quirky habits which made the first seasons so memorable. Great TV mysteries though with a twist: You knew who the murderer was, but how would Columbo nail him?

when the Oreo was first introduced by Nabisco in 1912, it used a much more organic wreath for its emboss, later augmented with two pairs of turtledoves in a 1924 redesign.
