Sausage and lentil simmer. This tastes so nice. I made it with pork and apple sausages and used chorizo instead of pancetta. Green lentils instead of puy lentils. I also used sweet potato instead of carrot and red wine vinegar instead of white. I also added a little bit of Worcestershire sauce. Delicious.
