Tartiflette - just amazing. fantastic cold weather food. Try it today. If you can't get Reblochon cheese, try a mild white rinded goats cheese, Camembert, Brie but definitely not strong cheddar. Looks like a veggie dish but has bacon in it. You could use one of those bacon substitutes or leave it out altogether but it won't be real Tartiflette.
