An exquisite late Victorian Phillips fish brooch, the brooch comprising two fish bent in semi-circular movement, embellished with green and red enamel, a natural pearl and two old brilliant-cut diamonds joining both the tails and the heads, the diamonds estimated to weigh a total of 0.4 carats, all set to a yellow gold mount and brooch fitting, signed AP, gross weight 5.2 grams, circa 1890.
