If you grew up loving the velveeta rotel chip dip I grew up loving, you will super duper love this healthier real food version!

Andouille Cheese Dip-1 lb. ground Andouille Sausage 1 (2 lb.) pkg. Velveeta Cheese, cubed 1 (10 oz.) can Rotel Tomatoes, drained 1/2 cup Salsa 2 Tbsp. finely chopped Cilantro 1 Tbsp. BeaZells Cajun Seasoning In a pot, brown Andouille sausage. Drain excess fat. Add remaining ingredients and cook, slowly until cheese is melted and hot. Serve with Tortilla Chips. I use Mission Tortilla Chips (strips).

1/2 lb sausage 8 oz cream cheese 8 oz Velvetta 1/2 cup sour cream 1 can Mexican Rotel Tomatoes, undrained In a medium skillet, brown sausage and drain. In a large bowl, heat cream cheese, velveeta and sour cream in microwave until melted. Stir in tomatoes and sausage. Pour in crock pot to keep warm. Serve with tortilla chips
