The peace and contemplation of Buddhism, explains to me that inner peace can be reached if we are capable to turn to our own sincere self's. Reaching inner peace in mind and soul to be able to achieve self motivation and goals in a more positive way. And not letting it seem like a daily competition in life, but just be who you really are from inside.
