Cheese Scones

I love cheese scones! This recipe is possibly the best I have tried too, although I like to add a pinch of Paprika for a bit of extra bite :)

Mini beef Wellingtons

Jamie Oliver's Mini Beef Wellingtons- he uses minced beef instead of beef fillet. You could use pork or lamb mince instead, or even a mixture, enjoy = )

Not quite so healthy, but this 'Fairy Bread' is a great idea for a children's party! A tradition from Australia and New Zealand, it's ultra-simple to prepare - and looks irresistible! Just spread butter or margarine onto the bread, then sprinkle hundreds and thousands - or whatever you choose - on top. They're particularly effective rolled into pinwheels like this, but simply cutting the colourful bread into quarters looks pretty too!
