Was great to take some #pictures of #Manchester Mayor and #Police Crime Commissioner Tony Lloyd, who this week was shown around the #GodaiTomoatsu exhibition at the #RoyalExchangeTheatre. The #exhibition marks 150 years since the secret visit to #MCR by #Godai, a #Japanese agent of the Prince of Satsuma, who after visiting #British mills, mines and merchants, returned home and ignited #Japan's own Industrial Revolution.

The annual event, watched by around 200,000 people, is organised by Police with Pride, which consists of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) representatives from forces across the North West.
